1.Inner Structure LS138H
The Front Idler structure is the box type, the main craft is by the resin sand casting. Then the guide wheel should have not only reasonable mechanical structure, but also good appearance quality.
2. LS138H Main Technology Process
Matrix by normalizing, get good impact resistance; rail induction quenching heat treatment, the surface hardness of HRC48-54, the hardness for 6mm depth position is not less than HRC46.
3.How the Idler to work ?
There are two idlers to match one sets crawler crane , one left , one right.
To make sure the crawler crane go forward smoothly.
Guide the track group to rotate correctly , prevent the crawler crane from deviation and deviant.
